| 温家宝江苏考察：让经济发展更具可持续性竞争力 |

 中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理温家宝近日在江苏考察时指出，在当前我国经济发展企稳向好的形势下，中央强调要保持宏观经济政策的连续性和稳定性，坚持实施积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策不动摇，这是因为我们面临的困难和挑战仍然很多，国际经济前景还不明朗，外需下滑的压力仍然很大；经济自主增长的动力还不强，一些行业、企业经营还比较困难，产能过剩的问题十分突出，结构调整的任务十分艰巨；扩大内需在短期内还受到各方面因素的制约，一些刺激经济发展的政策效应会递减，一些关系长远的政策收到成效需要时间。因此宏观经济政策的导向不能改变。要把保持经济平稳较快发展与调整经济结构结合起来。以平稳较快的经济发展为结构调整提供基础、创造条件，通过转变发展方式、调整经济结构使经济发展更具有可持续性和竞争力。 |
