| PMI指数连续五月超50% 未来出口预期向好 |

 中国物流与采购联合会近日发布数据显示，7月我国制造业采购经理指数（PMI）为53.3%，比上月微升0.1个百分点。有关专家表示，PMI持续在50%分界点之上显示经济回升态势继续，而新出口订单指数较好的表现为出口带来良好预期。 经济回升持续 国务院发展研究中心宏观研究部研究员张立群指出，7月份的PMI指数表明经济运行继续保持回升态势，与上半年经济数据显示的经济走势一致。随着内需增长加快，未来经济将继续保持回升势头。 数据显示，同上月相比，本月制造业PMI各项指数继续保持稳中有升，除进口指数下降1个百分点，新订单指数持平，其余各指数均呈小幅上升，其中购进价格指数上升2.1个百分点，逼近60%高点，升势较为显著；生产指数、新出口订单指数、积压订单指数、采购量指数等升幅不大，均在1个百分点以内。 本月20个行业中，黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、通信设备计算机及其他电子设备制造业、电气机械及器材制造业等14个行业高于50%，尤其以黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业为最高，达到60%以上；交通运输设备制造业、纺织业、服装鞋帽制造及皮毛羽绒制品业等6个行业低于50%。 兴业证券首席宏观分析师董先安表示，中美欧日等经济体制造业PMI指数也逐步回升，中国制造业PMI远高于发达经济体，总体上中国经济回升强劲趋势成立，综合其他数据，预计三季度GDP增速将上升至9.9%，全年增速达9%。 出口预期向好 7月新出口订单指数为52.1%，环比回升0.7个百分点。在20个行业中，有10个行业高于50%，其中石油加工及炼焦业、非金属矿物制品业、烟草制品业、造纸印刷及文教体育用品制造业达到60%以上。 中采咨询于颖指出，7月出口订单综合指数同比上升5.4个百分点，显示内外需求均极大回升，外围数据转暖和中国在主要贸易伙伴的出口份额加大都是主要原因。她认为，我国出口趋势继续向好，且其行业结构也趋于合理。 董先安也指出，新出口订单分项指数压倒季节性下坠压力全面走强，为出口的未来走势带来强劲的良好预期。 据介绍，制造业PMI是一个综合指数，按照国际上通用的做法，由5个主要扩散指数加权而成。通常PMI指数在50%以上，反映经济总体扩张；低于50%，反映经济衰退。自去年11月份以来，PMI指数保持了持续提高态势，今年3月份以来，持续保持在50%以上。 |
