| 阿根廷官员说中国经济回暖有利于阿经济复苏 |

 阿根廷经济部副部长罗伯托·费莱蒂日前表示，中国经济的回暖和增长模式的转变对于促进阿根廷经济复苏具有重要意义。 阿根廷《12页报》2日刊登了对费莱蒂的专访。费莱蒂在采访中指出，中国的宏观经济出现了好转迹象，而且中国政府正在调整经济政策，更着力于促进内需。这些积极变化都意味着中国对包括农产品在内的初级原材料将保持旺盛的需求。 费莱蒂说，中国目前是阿根廷第二大贸易伙伴，也是阿根廷农产品出口量最大的国家。中国经济的回暖有利于加快阿根廷经济复苏的步伐。 费莱蒂指出，政府预计阿根廷经济有望在今年第四季度开始复苏，明年经济复苏势头将更加强劲，预计到明年第二、三季度，阿根廷经济的增长速度将完全恢复到金融危机爆发前的水平。 不过，费莱蒂同时承认，阿根廷经济目前面临一系列问题，尤其是在国际市场融资缺乏渠道，因此阿根廷政府将和巴黎俱乐部重新进行谈判，解决遗留的一系列债务问题，为阿根廷重新在国际市场融资创造条件。 阿根廷经济从2003年起连续六年保持高速增长。国际货币基金组织及联合国拉丁美洲和加勒比经济委员会等国际金融机构预计，受国际金融危机影响，阿根廷经济今年将收缩1．5％至2％。 |
