 据四川省商务厅统计，1-5月四川省新批外商投资企业99个，同比下降37.3%，外商投资增减资项目52个；合同利用外资额为8亿美元，同比下降79.7%；实际使用外资额为14.2亿美元,同比增长2.7%。 1-5月四川省审批实现合同净增资1.9亿美元，同比下降90.1%。其中：增资项目40个（含中方向外方转股项目），增资金额为2.3亿美元，同比下降88%；减资项目12个（含外方向中方转股项目），减资金额为4510万美元。 |
