| 上海民企成为沪企“走出去”主力军 |

 据悉，民营企业正迅速崛起并成为上海企业“走出去”的主角。今年上半年，上海民企对外投资项目42个，投资额超1亿美元，占同期上海对外投资项目总数的63.6%和投资总额的42%。 统计显示，今年上半年申城对外投资的11个总投资950万美元以上大项目中，7个由上海民企投资；全市对外投资的3个总投资2500万美元以上项目，全部由民企包揽。今年上半年，全市新批的8个资源类对外投资项目中，民企占6个，其中最大的是某民企投资非洲、总投资2850万美元的铜镍伴生矿项目。 此外，上海民企还进军东南亚国家，从事能源和资源开发。目前已有几个项目找到当地合作伙伴，资源开采权正由当地政府进行审批。据悉，过去包括上海在内的一些国有企业对投资东南亚资源类项目很感兴趣，但受困于体制和机制障碍，这些项目中的多数已告流产。 |
