| 抗震救灾与经济发展“两手齐抓” 打赢两场硬仗 |

 ２１日召开的国务院常务会议提出，一手毫不松懈地抓抗震救灾，一手坚定不移地抓经济发展。这是国务院总揽当前抗震救灾和经济形势，从国家发展全局出发作出的重要决策。 抗震救灾仍处于刻不容缓的紧要关头，仍然是当前最重要最紧迫的任务。自汶川大地震发生以来，在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下，抗震救灾工作有力有序有效地展开，全力搜救被困人员和初步安置灾区群众生活工作，在极其困难的情况下顽强地向前推进。下一步，需要继续争分夺秒搜救被困人员，同时要保障灾区群众的基本生活需要，加大卫生防疫力度、保证大灾之后无大疫，防止次生灾害造成新的损失，适时开展灾后重建工作，任务更加繁重，需要付出的努力更加巨大。 在抓好抗震救灾工作的同时，要坚定不移地抓好经济发展。当前，我国经济运行总体平稳，工业生产稳定增长，夏季粮油有望再获丰收。但是，控制物价上涨和保持经济平稳增长的任务依然繁重。汶川大地震没有改变整体经济的基本面，但增加了一些新的不确定因素，要高度重视解决这些问题。现在正值夏收季节，一定要组织好小麦跨区机收，统筹做好夏种工作，努力使全年农业有一个好收成。这对稳定物价乃至经济发展全局都有重要意义。汶川大地震覆盖范围超过１０万平方公里，受灾人口达１０００万人。只有把抗震救灾工作做好，把这些受灾群众安置好，把灾后重建工作安排好，才能让全国人民安心，才能保证全国经济稳定发展。 |
