      10月12日，商务部长陈德铭在京与来访的越南工贸部长武辉煌举行双边会谈。 陈德铭表示，近年来中越经贸关系发展顺利，中国已连续五年成为越南第一大贸易伙伴，越南也已经成为中国企业在海外直接投资的主要目的地之一。虽然受国际金融危机影响，今年中越双边贸易额有所下降，但双边经贸合作还有很大的发展空间。中方重视中越经贸关系，希望与越方共同努力，稳定并扩大双边贸易规模，为企业双向投资创造有利条件，加快实施经贸合作项目，推动两国经贸合作迈上新台阶。 武辉煌对新中国成立60周年表示祝贺，他说，越中经贸关系非常重要，中国是越南非常重要的经贸伙伴，越南愿意与中国进一步加强交流合作，通过多种渠道促进双边经贸关系稳步发展，也欢迎中国企业继续扩大对越的贸易和投资。 双方还就制定经贸合作发展规划、发展边境贸易、建设经贸合作区、基础设施互联互通及多边合作等问题深入交换了意见。 |
