 9月1日，由商务部、中国贸促会、新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府共同主办的第十八届中国乌鲁木齐对外经济贸易洽谈会在乌鲁木齐市新疆国际博览中心开幕。中共中央政治局委员、新疆维吾尔自治区党委书记王乐泉、全国人大常委会副委员长司马义•铁力瓦尔地、全国政协副主席阿不来提•阿不都热西提、新疆维吾尔自治区主席努尔•白克力出席开幕式。商务部副部长易小准出席开幕式并致辞。 易小准表示：乌洽会自1992年举办以来已成为我国面向中、西、南亚和俄罗斯、东欧的国家级区域性国际投资贸易洽谈会。第十八届乌洽会坚持以贸易与投资促进为主，突出国家区域经济协调发展的方针，体现了西部陆上开放和东部沿海开放并进的对外开放新格局，商务部将积极支持办好乌洽会。 本届乌洽会展览面积35000平方米，2000个展位，馆内1300个展位；设有建材家居展区、机电五金化工展区、食品包装塑料机械展棚和大型机械设备展场等。境外有巴基斯坦、伊朗、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦7个国家和香港、澳门地区参展，境内21个省区市参展。 本届乌洽会期间，上海合作组织秘书处与第十八届乌洽会领导委员会将联合举办高规格的“中西南亚区域经济合作暨上合组织成员国投资高层论坛”，同时还将举行上合组织成员国投资项目推介会。 第十八届乌洽会举办时间是9月1日—5日。 |
