 由商务部外贸发展局和承包商会组织的第五次赴欧中国贸易投资促进团日前启程。这是在经贸领域配合回良玉副总理访问斯洛文尼亚、立陶宛、拉脱维亚的积极举措，也是继续落实温家宝总理年初“信心之旅”成果的后续行动。此次中国贸易投资促进团共由34家企业、48人组成，涉及医药、轻工、矿产、金融、食品、工程承包等行业。访欧期间，将在上述三国分别举办洽谈会、论坛等一系列经贸交流活动。 8月26日，中国贸易投资促进团首访斯洛文尼亚。斯洛文尼亚是中国在中东欧地区重要的经贸合作伙伴，近年来，在双方的共同努力下，经贸关系发展顺利，贸易额逐年大幅增加，2008年双边贸易额达10.8亿美元，比上年增长34.8%。相互投资呈现出良好的发展势头，斯方对华投资活跃，涉及汽车零部件、运动服饰、鞋类加工生产等多个行业，中方对斯投资兴趣也不断上升。两国企业在工程承包与劳务合作等方面也进行了积极探讨。目前中斯经贸合作规模与两国经济发展水平相比还存在很大的潜力和空间。 中国贸易投资促进团访斯期间，斯工商会向中方企业介绍了斯经济、投资环境和基础设施规划及项目，并表示欢迎中方企业积极扩大对斯投资。两国企业还进行了富有成效的对口洽谈，部分企业签署了合同或合作意向，包括出版、医药、食品、家具、卫浴、工艺品、纸浆等多个领域，更多企业通过深入地沟通信息，明确了合作意向，为接下来开展进一步贸易投资合作奠定了良好的基础。 中斯企业间的经贸交流合作得到两国领导人的高度重视。8月27日，回良玉副总理与斯洛文尼亚总理帕霍尔出席了由中国贸促会与斯工商会共同主办的中斯企业家论坛暨双边企业家理事会第二次会议并发表重要讲话，勉励两国企业界人士加强了解，进一步发展中斯经贸合作。 |
