 在第十二次10+3经贸部长会议上，与会部长回顾了落实第二份《东亚合作联合声明》及其《工作计划》的最新进展，讨论了东亚商务理事会提交的报告和东亚自贸区专家组第二阶段研究报告，并对10+3经贸合作的未来进行了广泛的探讨。 陈德铭部长还介绍了中国向东盟国家提供150亿美元信贷和建立中国—东盟投资合作基金的进展情况，并邀请东盟各国积极参与将于今年10月在广西南宁举行的第六届中国—东盟博览会。 陈德铭部长表示，中国—东盟自贸区建设有力地推动了双边贸易投资和经济合作。2003年至2007年，双边贸易额增长超过30%。目前，东盟是中国的第四大贸易伙伴。陈德铭部长高度评价此间签署的中国—东盟自贸区《投资协议》并指出，这标志着各方已成功完成中国—东盟自贸区的主要谈判任务，确保中国—东盟自贸区将于2010年全面建成。 8月15日，第八次中国—东盟（10+1）和第十二次东盟—中日韩（10+3）经贸部长会议在泰国首都曼谷举行。来自东盟10国、韩国的经贸部长、日本经济产业审议官和东盟秘书长出席了上述会议。中国商务部陈德铭部长率团与会。会议期间，中国与东盟各国部长共同签署了中国—东盟自贸区《投资协议》。 |
