 7月21日，亚太经合组织（APEC）第15届贸易部长会议在新加坡开幕。来自APEC 21个成员的贸易部长和代表出席了会议。 陈德铭指出，中国政府采取的应对金融危机措施已初现成效，经济总体企稳回升。中国政府将继续采取积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策，着力扩大内需，调整结构，改善民生，推动改革，为促进地区和全球经济尽快复苏发挥积极作用。他还阐述了中国政府在开展融资国际合作、推动包容性增长和可持续发展等方面采取的政策举措，呼吁发达成员积极向发展中成员提供融资支持，加强绿色环保技术转让和资金支持，帮助发展中成员提高应对气候变化的能力。 在谈到推动WTO多哈回合谈判时，陈德铭呼吁APEC各成员尊重授权，锁定成果，不抬高要价，不重开谈判，争取在2010年年底前达成一个全面、平衡的协议。 会议期间，陈德铭还分别会见了菲律宾、文莱、印度尼西亚、加拿大、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰和秘鲁等国的贸易部长及WTO总干事拉米，就双方共同关心的APEC相关议题和双边经贸问题交换了意见。 贸易部长会议是APEC的重要会议，目的是就区域和国际重大经贸问题进行深入讨论，交流意见，寻求共识，为年底的APEC领导人会议做准备。今年的APEC领导人会议将于11月14日至15日在新加坡举行。 |
