| 中国贸易投资促进团访问芬兰 |

 7月10日，由中国商务部组织的中国贸易投资促进团访问芬兰，开展经贸洽谈交流与促进活动。 此次访芬的中国贸易投资促进团由来自中国20个省市的150多家企业、近240名成员组成。其中既有电子、机械、造纸、生物制药和新能源等领域的工业企业，也有物流运输和投资咨询等领域的服务业企业。 访问期间，两国企业600多名代表参加了由中国商务部和芬兰外交部、就业与经济部共同主办的主题为“合作、创新、共赢”的中芬经贸论坛。中国贸易投资促进团团长、商务部副部长高虎城、芬兰代总理兼外贸与发展部长韦于吕宁、芬兰就业与经济部长佩卡里宁分别发表演讲。中方就高科技和服务贸易国际合作情况、吸引外资政策和广交会进行了介绍，芬方对芬兰创新与投资环境、优势产业作了说明。 高虎城表示，中芬两国互为重要经贸合作伙伴，芬兰已连续五年成为中国在北欧地区第一大贸易伙伴。同时，据芬方统计，中国也连续六年成为芬在亚洲第一大贸易伙伴。随着中国产业结构调整升级，两国在信息通讯、节能环保、生命科学、新材料和装备制造等领域具有广阔合作前景。中国希望与芬兰进一步加强政府与行业合作，共同应对挑战。 韦于吕宁对中芬关系史上规模最大的贸易投资促进团访芬这一中芬经贸合作盛事表示欢迎。他说，有机会亲历两国经贸关系在过去30年中的迅速发展令他深感荣幸。中芬经济互补性强，发展双边经贸关系互利互惠。芬方愿与中方一道，致力于保持国际贸易与投资自由流动，合作寻求新市场、新机会、新伙伴，为世界经济复苏共同做出贡献。 中芬经贸论坛和签约仪式结束后，高虎城与韦于吕宁举行会谈，就扩大双向投资合作、多哈回合谈判等多双边问题交换了意见。 |
