| 中国贸易投资促进团访问意大利 |

 7月5-6日，由中国商务部组织的中国贸易投资促进团访问意大利，开展经贸洽谈交流与促进活动。 此次访问意大利的中国贸易投资促进团是两国间历史上规模最大的经贸代表团之一，共有来自中国20多个省市的200多家企业近300名成员参团。其中既有实力雄厚的大型企业，也有众多已具备对外投资、开展国际化经营能力并对开拓海外市场兴趣浓厚的中小企业，涉及机械、电子、通讯、汽车、纺织服装、轻工、食品及金融、旅游服务等各个行业。 两国政府、行业组织和企业三个层面的合作洽谈都取得了新进展，签订了一系列合作协议和意向，涵盖高新技术、双向投资、服务贸易合作等内容，还开辟了节能环保、工业园区、创意产业等新的合作领域。 此次访问受到了中意两国领导人的高度重视。7月6日，中国国家主席胡锦涛、意大利总理贝卢斯科尼出席了中国商务部和意大利经济发展部共同主办的“中意经贸合作论坛暨企业洽谈会”，就进一步发展中意经贸合作向两国企业界人士发表了重要演讲。商务部部长陈德铭、意大利经济发展部部长斯卡约拉，以及两国贸易投资促进机构和商会负责人也分别在论坛上作了主题致辞和发言。 商务部与意大利经济发展部在充分沟通的基础上，签署了《关于促进投资合作谅解备忘录》、《关于进一步推动中意高技术领域合作的谅解备忘录》和《关于在中意经贸混委会下设立经贸领域节能环保工作组的谅解备忘录》。这是近年来中意政府经贸互访中签署协议数量最多、涉及内容最广的一次。 在中意企业洽谈活动中，500多家意大利企业与200多家中国企业进行了广泛、 深入、务实的对口洽谈。中国企业重点就技术引进及相关合作，与意大利企业进行了富有成效的洽谈，双方签署了30多个项目合同和意向。 中国贸易投资促进团此次访意所达成的一系列合作成果，不仅充分发挥了两国产业互补性强的优势，拓展了双方经贸合作的深度和广度，而且有利于我国推进产业结构调整和技术进步。 |
