| 有色金属行业产业损害预警机制正式启动 |

 7月6日，由商务部产业损害调查局和有色金属工业协会在北京共同召开有色金属行业产业损害预警机制启动工作会议。商务部鲁建华部长助理致辞，有色金属工业协会会长康义发表讲话。国家发展与改革委、工业和信息化部、国资委、国家统计局等有关部委领导也出席会议。 鲁建华表示，有色金属行业产业损害预警机制的正式启动，表明我国产业损害预警机制建设工作又迈出了新步伐。目前，已在汽车、钢铁、化肥、纺织、电子信息、物流等10个行业建立了产业损害预警机制，监测企业数已经达到9000多家。建立产业损害预警机制，是维护本国产业安全的一项基本的必备措施。建设一个覆盖重点敏感行业的产业损害预警机制是一项长期、艰巨的系统工程。鲁建华表示，要积极做好有色金属行业的产业损害预警工作，充分发挥预警系统的服务功能，为企业和全行业的健康发展及我国的产业安全服务。 康义在会上介绍了今年以来有色金属工业经济运行情况，分析了当前影响我国有色金属行业产业安全的主要因素。 来自国家相关部委、部分省市商务主管部门、中国有色金属行业重点联系企业、预警专家近100人出席了会议。 |
