 7月4日，由商务部副部长高虎城率领的“中国贸易投资促进团”启程前往欧洲。这是配合胡锦涛主席访问意大利、葡萄牙的积极举措，也是自启动落实温家宝总理年初“信心之旅”成果后续行动以来，中国第四次组织企业赴欧开展贸易投资洽谈交流活动。促进团由商务部和外交部、财政部、工信部、铁道部、环保部等政府部门，中国对外贸易中心，中国机电、食土、纺织、五矿、轻工等进出口商会和服务贸易协会等行业组织，以及近300名中国企业家共同组成。他们中间，既有实力雄厚的大型企业，也有众多已具备对外投资、开展国际化经营能力并对开拓海外市场兴趣浓厚的中小企业，愿与欧方伙伴开展投资、贸易、技术等多种形式的互利合作。 访欧期间，中国贸易投资促进团将在意大利、瑞典、芬兰、葡萄牙四国分别举办双边经贸合作论坛暨企业家洽谈活动，为中外企业搭建分享信息、共商合作的平台，签署一系列双向投资、技术合作、先进设备引进以及货物、服务贸易等商务合同和合作意向，商协会、地方政府机构、展会间合作备忘录，以及促进双向投资、节能环保、高科技与中小企业合作等政府协议。在巩固中欧双方现有经贸合作的同时，开辟新领域，挖掘新亮点，进一步推动中欧贸易发展，深化双向投资和经济技术合作。 中国和欧盟互为重要的经贸伙伴。欧盟是中国第一大贸易伙伴、第一大技术引进来源地和第四大对华实际投资来源地，中国则是欧盟第二大贸易伙伴。2009年1-5月，中欧贸易额达1292.6亿美元，占中国对外贸易总额的16.9%，高于2008年全年的16.6%。在应对金融危机过程中，中国政府始终奉行互利共赢的开放战略，坚持维护公平竞争的市场环境，积极主动加强与包括欧盟在内的世界各国、各地区经贸合作，以实际行动表明反对贸易保护主义的鲜明立场。中国贸易投资促进团访欧将有利于中欧经贸合作和中欧全面战略伙伴关系的进一步深入发展。 |
