 6月22-24日，中国-海湾合作委员会在沙特首都利雅得进行自由贸易区谈判。由商务部、外交部、工业和信息化部、公安部、财政部、农业部、文化部、海关总署、质检总局、体育总局、旅游局、民航局和中医药管理局等有关人员组成的中国代表团参加了谈判。中海双方就原产地规则、技术性贸易壁垒、卫生和植物卫生措施、经济技术合作和自贸协定案文等议题广泛交换了意见，取得了积极进展。 海合会是具有重要国际影响力和较强经济实力的区域组织，包括沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、科威特、阿曼、卡塔尔和巴林6个成员国。近年来，中国与海合会成员国的经贸关系发展迅速，海合会已经成为我国第八大贸易伙伴，是我国着力开拓的新兴市场。 中国-海合会自贸区是我国在建的第二大自贸区，双方领导人均给予高度重视。当前，国际金融危机逐步蔓延，对世界各国经济造成不同程度冲击，推进自贸区谈判，推进贸易自由化进程，彰显了双方共克时艰、同谋发展的决心。 |
