| 第七届中国国际软件和信息服务交易会开幕 |

 2009年6月18日，由国务院批准，商务部、工业和信息化部、教育部、科学技术部、贸促会、辽宁省政府主办的第七届中国国际软件和信息服务交易会(简称中国软交会)在大连世界博览广场开幕。本届展会的主题为“挑战下的活力”，交易会将通过高层论坛、展览展示、项目对接等活动集中展现危机背景下的产业发展活力与潜力。 本届软交会内容丰富，亮点纷呈。一是论坛聚焦热点话题，集中诠释产业发展走向。通过举行高层论坛、企业家峰会、省市长圆桌会议等活动，邀请国内外政府部门、知名企业和重点省市分别就“危机与转机”、“创新与增长”、“融合与共赢”三个焦点话题进行演讲与对话，共商应对金融危机的政策措施；二是展览紧扣技术发展趋势，展示产业发展活力。中国移动、中国联通和中国电信三大电信运营商整体亮相，采用体验的方式全面展示3G业务的全新应用。三是展会专业化程度日益提升，在主论坛之外，本届软交会在嵌入式软件、软件测试、IC产业、智能卡应用、钢铁、航空、供热、物流零售、生物制药、医疗、互联网、云计算等相关领域组织了一系列行业信息化应用和专业技术研讨会等产业合作论坛。四是展会国内外影响力不断提高。本届软交会国内省市展团数量创历史新高，日本、韩国、澳大利亚、美国等30多个国家（地区）的团组也应邀参会。 软交会期间，商务部王超部长助理、科技部杜占元副部长、贸促会于平副会长、大连市夏德仁书记、日本经产省谷合正明大臣政务官、等国内外产业主管部门的嘉宾出席了高层论坛。英特尔、微软、麦肯锡、IBM、 SAP、东软、海辉、中科红旗、中远等国内外知名企业参加企业家峰会的演讲和交流。 |
