 中国商务部和委内瑞拉商务部于6月18日在委内瑞拉加拉加斯共同举办中国-委内瑞拉经贸研讨会。商务部部长助理鲁建华、中国驻委内瑞拉大使张拓，委商务部部长爱德华多•萨曼先生等出席了研讨会并发表演讲。中委经贸界近400人出席。 鲁建华在演讲中指出，受金融危机的影响，全球经济发展面临着巨大的挑战。中国与委内瑞拉同属发展中国家，两国都处在重要的发展阶段，中国愿意同委内瑞拉一道，共同增强信心，积极化危为机，加强两国各领域的务实合作。这不仅对双方应对国际金融危机冲击具有现实意义，而且将为中委长远发展打下更加坚实的基础。此次举办经贸研讨会和 “中国工业产品（委内瑞拉）展览会”，是中委两国为共同应对国际金融危机、促进双边经贸合作与发展而采取的一项务实的具体行动。 通过研讨会，与会中国企业进一步了解了委内瑞拉经贸政策及市场，促进了沟通和交流，增强了开拓市场的信心。 |
