| 中哥自贸协定第三轮谈判取得积极进展 |

 6月15-17日，中国-哥斯达黎加自由贸易协定第三轮谈判在哥首都圣何塞举行。中哥双方就自贸协定货物贸易和服务贸易第二次出价进行了深入磋商，并就市场准入案文、合作、原产地规则、海关程序、技术性贸易壁垒、卫生和植物卫生检疫、贸易救济、争端解决、知识产权等议题交换了意见，取得了多项共识。 2007年6月，中国与哥斯达黎加正式建立外交关系。2008年11月，在胡锦涛主席访哥期间，胡主席与哥总统阿里亚斯共同宣布正式启动中哥自贸区谈判。 哥斯达黎加是中国在中美洲的重要贸易伙伴，同时中国是哥第二大贸易伙伴。近年来，中哥双边贸易发展迅速，据中国海关统计，2008年中哥双边贸易额达到28.9亿美元，是2001年双边贸易额的32倍。中哥两国贸易结构具有较强互补性，双方进一步加强经贸合作大有 潜力。 |
