 为加强与中东、非洲国家经贸合作， 5月25日-6月4日，商务部副部长蒋耀平率中国政府贸易投资促进团访问纳米比亚、南非和阿联酋三国，出访取得积极成果。 一是推动了双边政治经贸关系的发展。纳、南、阿政府人士均表示，在本国经济受金融危机严重影响的情况下，中国政府组团到当地开展务实的贸易投资促进活动，加强了政府和业界的交流与合作，对发展双边政治经贸关系具有重要意义。二是达成了加强合作、应对危机的共识。访问期间，蒋耀平利用政府双边会谈、会见以及致辞等机会，全面阐述我应对国际金融危机的看法和措施，重申了加强合作、共克时艰、反对贸易保护主义的主张。三是务实推动了合作项目。举办了“中国南非贸易投资论坛”和“中国阿联酋贸易投资论坛”，蒋耀平和外方政商界有关人士出席论坛并致辞。论坛期间，中国企业分别与100余家南非、阿联酋企业进行对口洽谈，双方均表示强烈的合作意愿。在经贸合作、投资建厂等领域达成了初步意向。四是实地考察了市场，为中国企业“走出去”奠定基础。蒋耀平考察了迪拜龙城、陕汽重卡中东销售服务中心、徐工集团迪拜分公司，分别在纳、南、阿召开了中资企业座谈会，听取了企业对当前经济形势、面临困难以及意见和建议。代表团对如何应对国际经济形势变化，根据不同市场制定相应策略获得了许多启发。 机电商会组织了20余家国内企业随访。 |
