 第二次中日经济高层对话6月７日在东京举行。中国国务院副总理王岐山和日本外务大臣中曾根弘文共同主持对话。双方重点围绕经济金融形势、贸易投资合作、环境能源合作、地区及国际经济问题等四大议题深入交换了意见。 王岐山就加强双方合作提出三点建议：（一）抓紧落实两国领导人达成的共识。去年胡锦涛主席访日期间，两国确定了７０项务实交流合作项目，其中大部分涉及经贸合作。目前这些合作项目总体进展顺利。希望双方以本次对话为契机，采取更加有效的措施，继续推动这些项目的落实。能源环境问题是全球面临的共同挑战，也是两国合作的重点领域，希望双方深化交流合作，实现互利共赢。（二）促进本国及全球经济恢复增长。国际金融危机对全球经济造成严重冲击，中日作为世界两大重要经济体，需要加强宏观政策协调，切实扩大内需，刺激本国经济增长，并继续以负责任的态度，加强地区和国际合作。（三）开创中日经贸关系新局面。中日互为重要经贸合作伙伴，双方应牢牢把握两国战略互惠关系的大方向，立足全局，着眼长远，挖掘合作潜力，拓宽合作领域，不断培育新的合作增长点。 中曾根赞同王岐山提出的建议和主张。他说，去年胡锦涛主席成功访问日本以来，两国领导人５次会晤，双边关系不断改善，经济合作进一步深化。日中是对世界有重要影响的国家，两国国内生产总值目前已占全球的１５％，各自经济政策对世界的发展至关重要。面对国际金融危机，两国举行经济高层对话，就加强合作、携手应对当前挑战进行交流，意义十分重大。希望对话取得积极成果，向国际社会发出加强合作的强有力信息。 |
