| 商务部 海关总署发布2009年加工贸易禁止类目录 |

 为保持外贸稳定增长，6月3日，商务部会同海关总署联合发布了2009年第37号公告，对加工贸易禁止类目录进行了调整。本次从禁止类目录中共剔除79个十位商品编码，主要包括部分植物和轻工产品、金属化合物、石化产品、钢铁及有色金属产品等。修订后的2009年加工贸易禁止类目录共包括1759个十位商品编码。 本次加工贸易禁止类目录的调整，在继续严格禁止高排放、高能耗加工贸易的同时，将确不属高排放和高能耗的产品从禁止类目录中剔除，对进一步增强企业信心、保持外贸稳定发展将发挥积极作用。 （信息来源：产业司子站） |
