| 《亚太贸易协定》第32次常委会取得积极进展 |

 5月27-29日，《亚太贸易协定》第32次常委会在曼谷举行，取得积极进展。中国、孟加拉、印度、韩国、老挝、斯里兰卡6个成员国均派代表团参会。本次会议，各成员国就《协定》第四轮关税减让举行了第四次双边磋商，并就服务贸易、投资、贸易便利化框架协定、非关税措施及原产地规则等有关问题进行了深入磋商，达成诸多共识。 《亚太贸易协定》前身为《曼谷协定》。《曼谷协定》签订于1975年，是在联合国亚太经济社会委员会主持下，在发展中国家之间达成的一项优惠贸易安排。各成员国通过多年努力，不断加强《协定》框架下的合作，经贸关系日趋紧密。目前，各成员正加紧进行《协定》第四轮谈判，以期达到深化关税优惠和扩展谈判领域的双重目标。 |
