 2009年3月31日，商务部发布了《商务部2008年信息公开工作年度报告》。报告包括自2008年5月1至2008年12月31日商务部主动公开信息情况、依申请公开信息和不予公开信息情况、信息公开收费及减免情况、因信息公开申请行政复议或提起行政诉讼情况、信息公开工作存在的主要问题及改进情况等内容。 自《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》实施以来，商务部依法全面及时公开政府信息，取得了初步成效。截至2008年底，商务部网站政府信息公开查询系统共收录2003年以来各类政府信息1692条，处理政府信息公开申请52个。 今后，商务部将继续贯彻落实《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》，完善制度、优化系统，积极推进政府信息公开工作。 |
