 5月15日下午，商务部长陈德铭应约与瑞士联邦委员兼经济部长洛伊特哈德通电话。 洛伊特哈德表示，5月12日，中国四川汶川地区发生了严重地震灾害，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失，她代表瑞士政府对此表示深切同情和慰问，并愿向中方救灾工作提供必要的支持和帮助。 陈德铭向洛伊特哈德简要介绍了汶川地震受灾和救灾情况。他说，地震灾害发生后，中国政府迅速成立了抗震救灾总指挥部，目前抗震救灾工作正有条不紊地进行着。商务部也成立了抗震救灾应急领导小组，组织调度救灾物资，接受国际官方多双边援助。商务部将全力保障受灾地区的物资供应，并确保各援助方的援助资金和物资在最短时间内送达灾区和灾民手中。 陈德铭感谢瑞士政府和人民对我受灾地区的关切和受灾民众的关心。他说在大自然的破坏面前，人类的共同感情和力量此时得到了更加紧密地结合。我们一定会在大家的帮助下克服困难，渡过难关。 截至目前，已有英国、日本、韩国、意大利和捷克等国政府与商务部联系，决定向受灾地区提供紧急援助。 |
