| 两岸经贸展望圆桌会议在海南博鳌举行 |

 “台湾经济和两岸经贸展望”圆桌会议于2008年4月13日在海南博鳌举行。 圆桌会议由2008博鳌亚洲论坛组委会主办，特别邀请商务部陈德铭部长和台湾两岸共同市场基金会萧万长董事长共同主持，两岸企业界、学术界三十多名代表出席了会议。会议本着“交流合作，互利共赢”的原则，围绕两岸产业合作、推动直接“三通”、两岸经济发展形势和面临的挑战等问题进行了广泛而深入的研讨。 陈德铭在致辞中指出，30年来，在两岸同胞的共同努力下，两岸经贸合作从无到有、从小到大，领域不断扩展，层次持续提高，两岸经贸合作已成为两岸关系和平稳定发展的重要纽带和重要因素。 陈德铭强调，两岸经济有着不同的发展环境和特点，互补性很强，发展空间巨大。目前，当务之急是尽快实现直接“三通”和两岸经贸关系正常化。 萧万长在致辞中表示，20多年来两岸经贸交流成就不凡，已具备相当的基础和规模，但仍有许多问题需要解决，最迫切的是推动两岸经贸关系正常化，并就有关经贸议题开展协商。 与会代表认为，本次圆桌会议议题务实、成果丰硕。加强两岸经贸交流与合作，不仅对两岸有利，对亚太区域经济的繁荣与稳定也有着积极意义。双方在发展两岸经贸方面有许多共识：一是更加密切的两岸经贸关系对两岸有利，更是大势所趋；二是在当前发展两岸经贸关系的有利条件下，两岸之间更应该携手合作，共谋发展；三是实现“三通”和两岸经贸关系正常化是当务之急；四是尽快建立起沟通协商平台。 |
