 4月9日，中国—哈萨克斯坦高层商务论坛在京召开，中国国务院副总理王岐山与哈萨克斯坦总理马西莫夫出席论坛并发表演讲。 王岐山表示，中哈建交16年来，双边关系不断发展，经济合作更加密切。2007年双边贸易额达139亿美元，提前3年实现突破100亿美元的目标。双方在能源、铁路、电信、矿产资源等领域的合作不断加深，相互投资和经济技术合作规模日益扩大，两国合作机制逐步建立和完善。 王岐山指出，当前中哈经济都处于快速发展时期，双边经贸合作潜力巨大，重大项目和基础设施建设加快推进，将为发展双边经贸创造更加有利的条件。中国愿继续全面深化互利合作，不断丰富两国战略伙伴关系内涵。中哈合作将坚持以下原则：一、相互支持，共同繁荣，相互关注对方的关切，实现共同发展进步；二、扩大合作，互利共赢，发挥两国在贸易、投资、能源资源、技术等方面的互补优势，拓宽合作领域，提高合作水平；三、在加强能源合作的同时，积极推动非能源领域合作，尽快启动一批经济技术合作项目。 王岐山强调，今年是中国改革开放三十周年，中国经济的持续快速发展，不仅造福中国人民，也给各国企业家带来巨大商机。中国政府将一如既往地支持中哈两国企业开展多层次、宽领域的互利合作。 马西莫夫表示，哈萨克斯坦对发展同中国的战略伙伴关系高度重视。目前双方经贸合作领域进一步扩大，合作水平不断提高，双边经贸关系已成为两国关系的重要组成部分，两国贸易额可望在今年超过150亿美元。继能源、资源等领域合作取得进展之后，哈中双方在非资源领域的合作也将启动一批大项目。希望两国企业进一步扩大交流与合作，哈政府将积极为中国企业对哈投资创造有利条件。 论坛开幕前，王岐山会晤了马西莫夫一行，双方就进一步密切两国合作关系交换了意见。 |
