To make good planning, Luhao preside the secretary-general working conference on 7, Feb. 2006 in which the planning principles, ideas and detailed items have been studied and examined and approved. The inspector of Science and Technology Ministry Development Planning Department, Shen Xiangmao, the vice head of Commerce Ministry Mechanical and Electrical and Science and Technology Industry Department, Zhou Shijie, the director of Educational Ministry Science and Technology Development Center, Li Zhimin, the vice head of Information Industry Ministry Economy System Reformation and Economy Circulation Department, Guo Jianbing, the minister of China Trade Promotion Council Conference Affairs Department, Yu Xiaodong, the vice head of China Intellectual Property Rights Bureau Coordination Management Department, Cao Donggen, the commissary of the CHITEC Organizing Committee, the vice president of Beijing Trade Promotion Council, Zuoxin and liaison man of sponsors’ attended the conference. With the affirmation of the 10th CHITEC’s planning scheme, the participating leaders brought forward their opinions on the planning ideas and detailed items.
