On the morning of September 8, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) will host the 2007 International Capital Forum, themed around “promote international investment and win for all.” State Council officials; Zhou Xiaochun, Governor of the People's Bank of China; Aigars Kalvitis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia; Mia Mottley, Deputy Prime Minister of Barbados; Zoran Stavrevski, Vice-president of Macedonia; and Kursad Tuzmen, Minister of State of Turkey, will address the forum. During the CIFIT, MOC will hold 33 forums and seminars such as International Investment Protection Agreement Seminar, Seminar on Developing Service Outsourcing in China-Market Factors and Business Readiness, the Income Tax Law of Enterprises and Enforcement Regulations Special Seminar, International Protection of Overseas Intellectual Property Forum and so on. National relevant ministries and commissions, CIFIT Organizing Committee and other organizations will hold 32 forums and seminars, including Seminar on Investment in China by Overseas Chinese, Cooperation Forum for International Sister Cities of China Seminar on Investment in China by Overseas Chinese, European Seminar on Investment and Financing, Strait Travel Forum, forum capital and so on. |
