China is to surpass France to become Germany's largest trading partner
According to French Daily Les Echos, China-Germany bilateral trade has grown rapidly in recent years, much faster than trade growth between Germany and other trading partners. According to statistics by French Customs, China-Germany bilateral trade in January - November 2011 reached 132 billion Euros, while France-Germany bilateral trade was 142.2 billion Euros, with a gap of only 10 billion Euros, further down compared with that in the same period of 2010. China is expected to surpass France to become Germany's largest trading partner in 2012.
