Brief Trade statistics of Singapore in 2010

According to the statistics by International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore), total import and export of Singapore reached US$661.59 billion (902.06 billion Singapore Dollar) in 2011, up by 20.7% year on year, of which, imports was US$310.4 billion, up by 18.8% year on year, and exports was US$351.19 billion, up by 22.4% year on year. Surplus was US$40.79 billion.

Malaysia, EU and China are the top three trading partners of Singapore, and their trade with Singapore registered US$78.18 billion, US$72.91 billion and US$69.9 billion, accounting for 11.8%, 11%, and 10.6% of Singapore’s total trade respectively.
