Farm and land reclamation bureaus of all cities, counties and autonomous regions, all commissions, offices, and bureaus directly under the administration of the autonomous region: For purposes of accelerating the transformation of the traditional animal husbandry to modern animal husbandry, the following opinions are put forward in line with spirit of Opinions of the State Council on Promoting Sustainable Sound Development of Animal Husbandry (No.4, 2007): 1.guiding ideology, fundamental principles and overall goals; 2.making endeavors to boost transformation of the production mode of animal husbandry; 3.improving supporting system of animal husbandry development; 4.enhancing supervision on the producing and circulation link of the animal product; 5.further improving policy measures supporting development of animal husbandry; 6.enhancing leadership.
