For purposes of guiding classification of petty commodities, regulating circulation order and promoting sound development of petty commodities industry, Ministry of Commerce organized related units to stipulate industrial criterion of in Guiding the Classification of Petty Commodities (Draft). For purposes of fully soliciting comments form people from all social sectors, and guaranteeing the maneuverability, Ministry of Commerce is now soliciting comments on the Draft on the Internet.
