For purpose of implementing sprit of the State Council’s video and teleconference on saving energy and eliminating emission, list of eliminated enterprises with backward production capacity of calcium carbide, ferroalloy and coking industry (second batch）are now announced in accordance with related laws and regulations of the State and requirements of industrial policies like Guideline Contents of Industrial Restructuring. Please people’s government of all related provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and related departments formulate specific working measures and implement the work of eliminating backward production capacity in line related laws and regulations of the State. National Development and Reform Commission will organize related departments to check the work of backward production capacity eliminating of key areas. Welcome supervision of people from all circles of the society.
