Technical Specifications on Operation of Foot Massage Industry as well as other 14 standards (please refer to appendix for code, name and effective time of the standards), approved by the Ministry of Commerce, is announced hereby. The first thirteen standards shall be published and issued by the China Standards Press, and the last two shall be published and issued by the Planning Press.
