In accordance with Article 48 of Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the time period for anti-dumping duty imposition shall not be longer than 5 years. In case the termination of anti-dumping duty imposition might cause the continuance and reoccurrence of dumping and injuries, the time period may be prolonged properly. As from the promulgation of the announcement, domestic enterprises, natural persons or artificial persons representing the enterprises, or related organizations may apply for final reexamination with the Ministry of Commerce in the written form 60 days before the relative anti-dumping measures expire. Within the application materials, sufficient evidence that the termination of anti-dumping duty imposition might cause the continuance and reoccurrence of dumping and injuries shall be included. If the domestic enterprises, natural persons or artificial persons representing the enterprises, or related organizations fail to apply for the final reexamination according to the regulations in this announcement, and the Ministry of Commerce does not decide to initiatively carry out the final reexamination before the termination of anti-dumping measures, the original anti-dumping measures shall be terminated as from the expiration date.
