In accordance with the regulations in Announcement No.44 of Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, enterprises in eastern area in charge of processing trade of restricted products shall carry out “authentic transfer” of account for bank deposit. Approved by the State Council, the methods to pay the account deposit are announced as follows: Enterprises in charge of processing trade may pay the account deposit in the forms of cash, letters guaranteeing to pay and other forms. As for the specific operations, the prevailing regulations are still effective. When handling this work, the related banks shall examine strictly the credit of enterprises, and take effective measures for risk management and control.
