In accordance with Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and Regulations for Administration of Technology Import and Export, now the amended Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted from Import is announced and is of effect as from October 30. At the same time, the Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted from Import (the 1st batch), that is Order No.15, 2001 of the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the former State Committee on Economy and Trade, is abolished.
