Departments of commercial administration, offices (bureaus) of culture, bureaus of radio, film and television and press and publication bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities specially designated in the state plan and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: For purposes of giving play to traditional advantages of Chinese culture, encouraging and supporting Chinese culture enterprises to join in the international competition so as to promote international competitiveness and expand export of cultural products and service, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, General Administration of Press and Publication jointly formulated Guideline Catalogue for Export of Cultural Products and Service, and released Announcement No.27, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce in Apr 2007. In accordance with the Announcement, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, General Administration of Press and Publication decides to recommend key enterprises and projects for national culture export in 2007 / 2008. Please all related units recommend qualified enterprises and projects to administrative departments before Aug 28, 2007 in line with standards of Guideline Catalogue for Export of Cultural Products and Service. Enterprises directly under administration of central government and project thereof shall be recommended by the central administrative department. Materials of recommendation shall be concise and authentic. The electronic recommendation form may be downloaded from http://fwmys.mofcom.gov.cn. Appendix: 1.
