In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulations of People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce conducted expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures adopted by the imported carrene originated from UK, U.S., Holland, Germany and ROK. The Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No. 63, 2007 (see Appendix for details) to notified the result of the investigation. Matters concerning the customs’ implementation are notified as follows: As from August 15, 2007, the customs shall resume the anti-dumping duty imposition on the carrene(Tariff No. 29031200) originated from UK, U.S., Holland, Germany and ROK, in accordance with the Announcement No. 44, 2006 of General Administration of Customs.
