In accordance with the Announcement No 54, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, the Export Quotas Licensing Administration shall be conducted on indium and indium products, and molybdenum and molybdenum products as from Jun 18, 2007. Matters concerning processing trade shall be implemented in line with the following regulations: 1.The enterprise with processing operations that are approved by Ministry of Commerce and recorded by the customs, shall be provided with the Export Quotas License by the provincial departments of commercial administration based on the report with higher-up reply of Ministry of Commerce. In case a certain commodity is listed in Forbidden Commodity Catalogue of Processing Trade and recorded by the customs, the regulations of Announcement on Forbidden Commodities shall prevail. 2.In case the commodities mentioned in this Circular are listed in the Forbidden Commodity Catalogue of Processing Trade, they shall also be applicable to export processing zones and bonded zones; however, the enterprises in the zones that are established before the promulgation of the Forbidden Commodity Catalogue of Processing Trade or have engaged in the operations of related products are excluded.
