Upon approval by the State Council, the tariff rate for the most-favored-nation is adopted to commodities imported from the Islamic State of Afghanistan as from Jun 19, 2006. the tax imposed in line with regular tax rate before release of this announcement but after Jun 19, 2007 is permitted to be adjusted in lien with tariff rate for the most-favored-nation.
