In accordance with related regulations of Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and Regulations on Commodity Import and Export Administration, related issues on export administration on indium and indium products, and molybdenum and molybdenum products are now announced as follows: 1. Starting Export Quotas Licensing Administration on indium and indium products, and molybdenum and molybdenum products as from Jun 18, 2007. Please refer to appendix for customs code of commodity. Documents on quotas amount shall be released later. 2. Enterprises qualified to apply export license of indium and molybdenum shall apply to provincial departments of commercial administration and collect export quotas license, and present export license to the Customs to go through formalities of clearance. 3. All license-releasing authorities of provincial departments of commercial administration shall release export quotas license of indium and molybdenum upon the quota amount released by Ministry of Commerce. 4. Related varieties and administration articles involved indium and indium products, and molybdenum and molybdenum products in List of Commodity under Administration of Export License of 2007 (Announcement No.100, 2006 of Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs) shall subject to this Announcement. 5. Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs are responsible for interpretation of this Announcement.
