Departments of commercial administration in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: For purposes of regulating auction market, intensifying administration on auction enterprises and promote sound development of auction industry, related issues on strengthening the work of the information submission and statistics in auction industry are now announced in line with related regulations of the Auction Law and Measures for Administration on Auction of Ministry of Commerce. All local departments of commercial administration shall attach great importance to the work of the information submission and statistics in auction industry, grasp and understand developing status and problems of auction market in time, and set up information submission and statistics system in auction industry in line with requirements of Measures for Administration on Auction. All auction enterprises shall actively cooperate with departments of commercial administration to report information materials on auction operation status of last year before the end of January of each year, and fill related forms through information system for administration on national auction industry. Provincial departments of commercial administration shall supervise the work of information submission and report related issues to Ministry of Commerce. Departments of commercial administration shall earnestly organize and strictly check, so as to guarantee the work of submission to be completed within given time. Appendix: 1.
