In accordance with Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and Administrative Regulations on Commodity Import and Export of the People’s Republic of China, related issues on administration of standard sand are now announced as follows: 1. Carry out export licensing administration on standard sand as from Jun 15, 2007. 2. Customs code of standard sand is 2505900010. 3. Producers of standard sand shall apply and obtain export license at license issuing authority of Ministry of Commerce in Fuzhou. The Customs shall go through formalities upon export license. 4. Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs are responsible for interpretation of this Announcement.
