Departments of commercial administration of all province, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities specially designated in the state plan and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, departments of commercial administration of Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Xi’an, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Guangzhou: In accordance with the second applicable quantity of textile exported to the USA and the EU in 2007 issued by Ministry of Commerce (No.23, 2007), here release the second allocation plan based on performance in line with applications of operators submitted by local departments of commercial administration (refer to appendix for details). Related issues are now announced as follows: 1. Please all local departments of commercial administration inform operators of applicable quantity in this circular and issue relevant export certificate in line with export permitted quantity and Regulations on Work of Applying and Issue of Provisional License of Textile (Provisional). 2. Related operators shall arrange trade and shipment of textile product in line with permitted export quantity of 2007. 3. Electronic and commerce center of Ministry of Commerce shall be well prepared for the technique of data management.
