In accordance with Circular on Regulation Order of Automobile Export (No.629, 2006), here releases List of Enterprises Correspond with the Application Criterion on Export Licensing for Automobile in 2007 is now released to the public. Non-dumping-car and its chassis (Customs HS code: 8704103000, 8704109000 and 8706001000), electric vehicle and other passenger vehicles with unclear emission (Customs HS code: 8703900090) are not included in export licensing administration in 2007. This Announcement shall take effect as from Mar 1, 2007.
