Departments of commercial administration of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities separately designated in the state plan and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: 1. As from Mar 30, “license change and print” is added in import and export license issuing system of dual-use items and technologies, which is applicable to license change of those applied but not declared in 2006 with period of validity exceeding Mar 31, 2007. 2. licensing issuing authorities shall go through license changing formalities upon the following materials: a. the former import and export license for dual-use items and technologies (original); b. Application From for Change of Import and Export License for Dual-use Items and Technologies with cachet on; 3. The original license number and the words of “license change” shall be marked in “Notes” of the new license. The period of validity of the new license is the same to the original license.
