According to Announcement NO.56, 2008 of the Ministry of Commerce on application conditions and procedures for ferroalloys and citric acid (salt) export admission in 2009, the related issues are announced as follows: As from January 1 of 2009, the relative provisions reguarding application conditions for citric acid (salt) export admission in 2009 shall be implemented. According to Administrative Measures for Goods Export License(Announcement NO.11, 2008 of the Ministry of Commerce), the listed enterprises in Appendix Ⅱ of this announcement may apply to the local authorized provincial(including provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities with economic planning directly supervised by the State Council, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) institutions for export license. Enterprises (including those that meet the related standards for citric acid, salt export quantity in 2007 and 2008) complying with the relative conditions regulated in Appendix Ⅲ of Announcement NO.56 of Ministry of Commerce, may submit application materials as supplements to the local commerce department of province-level. And the provincial commerce department shall submit formal materials to the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade) before Feb 15, 2009, and make a copy to submit to China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers and Exporters. Appendix: 1. Catalogue of products administered by application conditions for citric acid (salt) export admission 2.
