In accordance with relevant requirements of Memorandum of Understanding of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Korea on Labor Export to South Korea, and Circular of Ministry of Commerce on Relevant Matters on Employment-system Labor Cooperation between China and South Korea (No.10, 2008), through approval and optimal selection, it is decided to designate 4 local public authorities, namely Qingzhou Labor Export Service Center of Shandong Province, Xin County Foreign Labor Cooperation Administration of Henan Province, Foreign Economic Cooperation Department of Commercial Office of Heilongjiang Province and Foreign Economic Cooperation Affairs Center of Jilin Province, as the 1st batch of local public authority of employment-system labor cooperation.
